A free service that lets all (except government) customers to pay a fixed monthly rate based on their average consumption over the 12 months preceding the date of signing up to the service, with any balances for the customer or the company being settled at the end of each year.

This, labeled “consumption” on the new bill, is the most important figure that every customer needs to see first when reading the bill. It represents the difference between the “current reading” and the “previous reading” of the customer’s meter within each meter scanning cycle.
Primarily directed at residential customers, this service helps them get rough estimates of their consumption and the rates they are expected to pay in the next bill. The service predicts these estimates based on each customer’s data, they current power usage status, and their consumption patterns over time.

To help ease the burden of bills on residential customers, this service makes it possible for them to pay only half of their bill for each month, with the remainder carried over to the next bill. In return, the company will commit to keeping the power on.
