Introduction

The rights and standards governing the relationship between the Saudi Electricity Company and its customers are applied to ensure quality of service provision and the timely execution of service. The standards also include a minimum level of service delivery, which when not fulfilled SEC shall pay compensation to  the customer.

To submit an application for compensation, indicate the service request number or account number or the specific complaint in accordance with the type of compensation.​

Customers will be compensated automatically by adding the amount of compensation to the customer's electric bill without having to apply for compensation.
