JOB NATIONALIZATION EFFORTS
The Company considers the development of human resources the basis of its development and the growth of its business. Hence, the Company is keen to develop human resources through specialized programs, mapping out their career paths, including raising and ensuring their competence to take on all positions in the Company.
These efforts resulted in significant growth in the field of localizing jobs, boosting Saudization percentage by the end of 2017 to (91%) of the total workforce’s (35,226) employees.
In recognition of its outstanding efforts in the field of attracting, recruiting, and training Saudis, the Company received several awards, prizes, and certificates of appreciation for its prominent role in this area.
