Development and management of carbon emission reduction systems and programs, and CDM projects in accordance with international and regional protocols as well as relevant local regulations in its favor or for the benefit of others. Also, it carries out activities and manages trading of Certified Emission Reduction credits resulting from CDM projects and  registers these certificates for its benefit or for third parties in international, regional and local markets. SEC share is 51%.​
