CONCESSIONAL PAYMENT SERVICE
During summer season, temperature becomes high and so does the electricity consumption as a result of air conditioning. Meanwhile, consumption rates drop in winter and other months during which no air conditioning is needed since the temperature and weather conditions are moderate.
We cannot change the temperature but we can change the way we pay our electric consumption bill so that we may get bills with equal values and favorable payment conditions throughout the year on basis of calculating the monthly average value of consumption during the previous year.
In this regard, the company provides a new convenient service dubbed as the "consumption average value bill issuance system" which can be briefly described as follows :
• The meter is read monthly and the monthly consumption is calculated as usual.
• The customer pays a monthly bill with a fixed value for 12 months based on the monthly consumption average.
• The bill is issued and may show the actual consumption and the value to be paid.
• Power consumption is reviewed and calculating the difference of plus or minus at the end of each year and accordingly amendment.
The company provides the concessional payment service to all non-government subscribers, through which the subscriber pays a fixed monthly amount against electric energy consumption, after calculating the value of this amount based on the average consumption value during the last 12 months of the request, and according to the applied tariff rates at the time of the request.
At the end of the year of subscription in the service, the difference will be calculated, minus or plus, for any of the two parties, if the consumer likes to continue in the service, the new rate will be fixed in light of actual consumption, if he does not like to continue the amount
will be settled whether he owes them or they owe him, noting that ownership of the building is not a provision for subscription.
Issuing a fixed monthly bill during full contractual year on basis of the average value of the actually monthly consumption for the last 12 months, the bill includes fields showing the actual consumption of the subscriber and rate of consumption value. The company modifies the average value for the next year, minus or plus, as per the differences resulting from the actual consumption of the last year, and so on for the previous years.
Payment of the value of the monthly consumption on a regular basis and in a timely manner and in case of failure to do so for one bill, second bill will be issued with the due amount in addition to the outstanding amount, and if he fails to pay for two consecutive months he will be deleted from the system and moved to the regular subscription, and will be subject to disconnection system in accordance with the company's established procedures.
Duration of the agreement:
The duration of the agreement is one year from the date of signature, automatically renewed unless one of the two parties does request its cancellation before expiration date, or in case one of them fails to fulfill the obligations under this agreement.
How to subscribe:
1- Settling the bill.
2- Subscription to SMS service.
3- Providing history of consumption for 12 months or more.
4- Approval of owner, if the applicant is an investor or tenant.
5- A copy of ID of the owner and the beneficiary of the service.
