The company has launched the "Hesabi" service aiming for more interaction with customers and be able to deliver services to them directly. The service would allow transferring​ electric account of the actual beneficiary whether he is a tenant or the owner to achieve the following aims :

• To Identify the actual beneficiary of the electric account.

• To achieve direct communication with the actual beneficiary of the electric account.

• to determine which party is financially responsible for the electricity consumption.
