JOB NATIONALIZATION EFFORTS

The Company considers that the development of human resources is the essential building block in the development and growth of its business. Hence, the Company is keen to train and develop human resources through specialized programs, mapping out their career paths, and building their competence to take on all positions in the Company.

These efforts resulted in significant growth in the field of localizing jobs, boosting Saudization​ percentage by the end of 2017 to 91% of the total workforce's 35,226 employees. In recognition of its outstanding efforts in the field of attracting, recruiting, and training Saudis, the Company received several awards, prizes, and certificates of appreciation for its prominent role in this area.
