Bills and Consumption

It is a service that allows you to pay a fixed monthly fee depending on your actual usage over a 12-month period. If your actual consumption exceeds the value of your consumption while you are still subscribed to the fixed bill for another year, the difference will be paid in installments by or for you the following year using the new fixed bill's average calculation. You will be provided with a predetermined bill plan with the publication of each detailed bill.

You can cancel your Fixed Bill at any time, and a settlement invoice is given for any fixed bill discrepancies.

To sign up for the service:
1. Log into the company's website or application.
2. Go to Bills and Consumption.
3. Select Billing Services - Fixed Bill and Subscription.
