Registration Requirements for Foreign Vendors/Manufacturers:
- Commercial Registration (CR) Endorsed by Saudi Embassy.
- Membership in Chamber of Commerce (if available).
- Industrial License (for Manufacturer) Endorsed by Saudi Embassy.
- List of materials/products, suppliers can supply.
- List of authorized persons with contact details (phone, mobile and e-mails) on company letterhead endorsed by Saudi Embassy.
- An Introduction letter from the bank with company IBAN Number, stating the date of start the transactions.
- Latest Audited Financial Statement from authorized office and endorsed by Saudi Embassy.
- Previous purchase orders (POs) submitted by other companies or agent / distributor letter.
- Company location map and coordinates.
- VAT Certificate (for Gulf Cooperation Council GCC countries only).
- List of owners with contact details (phone, mobile and e-mails) on company letterhead.
- Code of conduct form signed by owner or authorized person.
