SEC has embarked on a mission to transform its inventory management strategy and inventory tracking capabilities through the implementation of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) program. Through this program SEC is implementing physical tags on all its materials.

We request you to fix the Material Tag with GS1 Data Matrix Barcode in the SEC required format as explained below.

Please note that SEC will not accept the material PO delivery without having material Tag.

This is SEC Material Number as mentioned in the PO with the prefix GS1 Identifier (91) 		Must for all Materials Tag

SEC Vendor Code as mentioned in the Purchase Order with the prefix GS1 Identifier (412) 		Must for all Materials Tag
3 Purchase Order (PO No.)
SEC PO Number as mentioned in the Purchase Order with the prefix GS1 Identifier (400) 		Must for all Materials Tag
4 Expiry Date
Material Expiry Date in dd.mm.yyyy format with the prefix GS1 Identifier (92). 		Do not put expiry date unless it is mentioned in Purchase order (PO) under material description.
5 Serial Number (Serial No.)
This is OEM serial number Max 18 characters with the prefix/ GS1 Identifier (21)
